Shipping lead and transit times

In-stock items are typically shipped out within 1-3 business days. Shipping and delivery times may vary for certain items that need extra assembly or shipping time.

This website does not show availability of products. Once we receive an order we will send an email to you confirming your order, pricing as well as availability. 

Receiving your orders

When your order is delivered please check to see if any packages have visible damage. Any damaged packages must be reported to the delivery person or carrier at the time of delivery or at the earliest possible time. Any damaged or missing items must also be reported to Chill Passion Inc. at the earliest possible time.
